Support

My missions at the support mainly consist in resolving tickets on various issues in French and in English. These can range from classic problems concerning the use and understanding of the platform to more complex issues requiring more in-depth analysis: « Where does the difference in turnover between Piano Analytics and my back office come from? » or « Why has the data on page x not been displayed for y amount of time?

It may also require analysing the configuration of the client’s site, correcting tagging errors, proposing more suitable tagging solutions, solving problems with AT Internet connectors or privacy issues.

Consulting

My missions on the consulting part are rather varied, they consist in providing a service to a specific client over one or more days. For example, it may involve training the company’s users on our solution or even giving these users an official Piano Analytics certification. The training courses can be about a specific tool: Segmentation or Dashboard for example, or about Piano Analytics in its entirety.

We can also be called upon to carry out a one-off mission on a particular subject at the client’s premises according to a schedule of consulting days.

Finally, we are required to work on the client’s premises for a short or long period of time for one or more days per week. During these days, the missions are also more or less diverse: implementation of tagging plans, training, tracking management, web analysis and dashboards, etc.

HARD SKILLS

Tag Management System

During my consulting period, I had to build new tagging plans and implement them directly in Commanders Act. I was able to build a Data Layer with the help of the technical teams, start from a clean tagging for the redesign of a site, create tags from scratch, work on the conditions and triggering of the tags and finally, perform several audits.

Within the support team, I am regularly asked to check the various client configurations. To do so, I may have to use Google Tag Manager, analyse the tags, receive and even debug them afterwards. I am therefore naturally led to manipulate GTM and understand how it works.

Languages

For websites, our technology works with the Javascript language. I therefore have to read and write it to carry out our implementations.

On Piano’s Data Management Platform tool, I also have to manipulate API calls in Python to retrieve information, configure options, manage access rights, etc.

R E F E R E N C E S

LA POSTE

I joined the « Tracking » team of La Poste Group in January 2022. I work both on Web Analysis subjects, which consists of understanding and reading the analyses provided and visible on Piano Analytics, working on the dashboards made available, thinking about what we could optimise on the Web Analysis side, managing to separate the information we need from that which does not necessarily seem useful. It is also our task to establish the tracking needs.

In terms of tracking, I am currently working on the migration of the La Poste site to the new marking proposed by Piano Analytics with our new SDK. It is therefore necessary to overhaul the site’s tagging, to change all the tags, to test the code, and to coordinate with the other teams in order to meet the needs mentioned.

LE DEVOIR

Since the beginning of January, I have been assisting Le Devoir in the implementation of our solution on their website and application. The goal is to take their needs into account, to accompany them in the choice of the elements to be marked, to regularly exchange with them in order to provide them deliverables. I provided a complete tagging plan including basic elements (click and page tagging) but also more specific elements such as e-commerce, audio and video tagging, etc.

I take part in the audit of the site and indicate the various corrections to be made for the web and mobile part.

COOKIE CREATION PROJECT

During one of my client projects, I had the opportunity to work on a subject that required coding in Javascript. The project was to create a function to retrieve a cookie, clean it and then recreate a cookie in Javascript directly via the code.

TAGGING IMPLEMENTATION

I am currently working on a complete redesign of a website’s branding with the new Piano Analytics SDK methods. Starting from the client’s needs, my team and I are in charge of understanding the business requirements, implementing the tagging and testing.

PRIVACY & SI EXPERT

After many calls in relation to RGPD compliance, the set up of the consent exemption or the many tickets handled in relation to Privacy. As far as Sales Insights is concerned, a good training, tests and numerous problems encountered have enabled me to acquire a good knowledge base on this module.

6 month internship in the Data department at Blacksales.

During my 3rd year of Bachelor Marketing, Communication & Event Management at INSEEC MSc&MBA, I did a 6 month internship.

I did this internship with Blacksales, a startup specialised in commercial prospecting. A team of 8 people at the time which now has more than 20. So, I joined Blacksales’ Data division as Lead Generation & Growth Data.

My main mission was to increase the quantity and quality of lead data selected for our clients’ campaigns.

Working closely with the Customer Success team that advises our clients, and the Product team that develops our platform, the goal was to participate in the success of our clients, who rely on Blacksales to feed their sales pipeline and get appointments with new prospects.
